3 Signs it is Time to Set New Goals



One of the greatest fallacies many people make is not setting goals beyond their immediate future.  Even long term goals very rarely have the next steps thought out, or the new direction plotted out.  When people hit these dead-ends, they start to stagnate.  Stagnation is a death wish for the enterprising individual; it is the death cry of ambition.

The best way to ensure you aren’t stagnating is to ensure you always have new goals and that your horizons are never reached.  The second you stop thinking that there is more to do, you’ve started stagnating

Career Evolution



Whether you decide to remain employed by a company or if you choose to strike out on your own, the concept of evolution follows you.  The idea of being still in life is an illusion.  We are always either growing or regressing.  If you are not progressing in some way, you are falling behind.  When you tread water in a river, the water moves you – not always in the direction you’d like to go.
