One of the greatest fallacies many people make is not setting goals beyond their immediate future. Even long term goals very rarely have the next steps thought out, or the new direction plotted out. Whether you decide to remain employed by a company or if you choose to strike out on your own, the concept of evolution follows you. The idea of being still in life is an illusion.
